Labour Litigation & Industrial Relations
We specialise in all types of employment and labour law matters, including litigation in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (“CCMA”), bargaining councils and Labour Court cases.
We are primarily aimed at servicing corporate clients, including multinationals who require advice and assistance for their businesses in South Africa and other African jurisdictions, in particular Botswana and Namibia.
